Nest has released a new version of Nest Thermostat today i.e., Nest Thermostat E. It’s came up with new model, cheap price with same functionality. It is a round , wall mounted smart device that can remember your schedule and make temperature changes according to that. You can also control it from anywhere using your smart phone.

From last couple of years, Nest team was working on a very new device, that is not upgrade to the classic Nest Thermostat but, a new fresh design to make it affordable with a fresh look. The first look was leake by Gadget leaker Evan Blass on August 18th, 2017.
Nest has dropped the metallic ring around the edges, instead replacing it with a white plastic ring that the company says is meant to feel like ceramic (it felt like soft-touch paint to me; velvety when brushed with the thumb, harder when tapped with a fingernail.) The screen, too, is white — or, more accurately, a fancy white diffuser on top of a black screen makes it look like a white screen. Most walls are white/off white, so going all white here lets the E blend right in.

Nest thermostat is still a learning thermostat that has glossy design. It’s frosted display blends in beautifully and you see everything soft and subtle, like a watercolor. It all disappears when you walk away. It uses your phone’s location to turn itself down.

The new model will be shipped from tomorrow onwards and price is $169 while the classic Nest Thermostat will remain on price $249 as another product.
